To join us is deliberately simple. A short email from you, to the EWG email address above, using the actual wording in blue below, is all that is required from each person. (Copy and paste the text below into an email to the above address but please insert your details into the <<  >> brackets before sending though) You will receive a reply in a day or so.

Can you please add me to the EWG membership list, my name is <<First Name Last Name>>, and my preferred contact telephone number (ideally a mobile) is <<   >> (This is for emergency contact only, it will not be used for any other purposes)

My email address for EWG contact is <<    >>and by sending you this, I give my consent to store and use my contact details for EWG business only and I understand that my details will not be passed onwards without my permission.

I also undertake to protect other member's personal details"

 

This should be repeated for each person who wishes to join, a second email address is not required unless you wish it.
